This custom home being designed under the direction of Jared Nanke is to be built in the American Ranch subdivision of Prescott, AZ. We are currently in the design development phase — defining exterior finishes and finalizing key design elements so we can move into construction documentation. This home is being built on a very unique lot with a number of challenges to overcome.
The clients approached us early in their decision to purchase the lot for a comprehensive assessment. Our team identified several challenges, but had the solutions to make our clients dream home a reality.
It has been a pleasure working with our clients to develop this beautiful design and we can’t wait to start building their new home.
